Bar/Bistro

The Way Inn Bar & Bistro is available to residents all year round. The coffee bar is open during the day and the bar is open at weekends and for special events that are offered 3/4 times a year. This a community venue where the residents can enjoy tea/coffee, morning papers, board games and generally just socialising.

Minster

Minster is the largest of the villages in Thanet. The village has a number of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. St Mary’s Church is one of the oldest churches in the area, with some parts tracing back to 1150. At the heart of the village is Minster Abbey, with a monastery on the site since 670 AD. The Abbey is home to the Benedictine Nuns of Minster Abbey.

Dover

We are just a thirty minute drive from the popular seaside town of Dover where you can jump aboard a ferry for a day out to Calais. Folkestone is only 40 minutes away where you can board a train through the channel tunnel to France & Belgium.
